Overpriced and overrated. For £130, and a £150 service charge you are paying for:
-Security that are allowed to enter your bedroom at any time.
-No cleaning
-A reception open 8hours a week, outside of these hours your post cannot be delivered.
-Constant flat inspections.
-Unfriendly and unhelpful staff
-A small gym that's basically just a treadmill and a rowing machine (if you're a student you can join Lifestyles gym for free so don't let this sway you)
- Thin walls, and paint so cheap it's basically crumbling off.
- Blinds that the sun shines straight through.
-The lack of communal area means you'll probably not get to know your neighbours.
All in all The Edge looks great, but don't be fooled. 1 Star, for this price you can find a much better place to live.
