- Lorna M Review added: 2018.02.07★ ★ ★ ★ ★A really beautiful library inside and out - this is a classic Carnegie library. It's really easy to find, being on Upper Parliament Street - opposite the Anglican Cathedral and on the edge of Toxteth and Canning.
As the other review says, there is a much bigger selection of books at Central but you can order books here and return books from other libraries here too. The children's selection is excellent and there is a good range of Chinese language books. There is also a bank of computers you can use for free.
Very helpful staff.
