    Wish I could give a 0 star review as I can't think of a single positive thing to write about this company. Issues started in summer, where we were told we could either pay half rent over summer and not move in, or pay full rent and move in but then decided to renovate the kicthen so the option of moving in was removed, and one tenant had to pay rent for somewhere else for 2 months as they were unable to move in ontop of paying half rent. When we got there, we weren't provided with an adequate bin for the kitchen, we requested a new one and weeks later the landlord complained that it smelt like food in the kitchen due to the rubbish just being in bin liners. No locks on the doors even though we pay rent seperatly which entitles us to locks, apparently it is an issue with insurance that no other student house seems to have, very dodgy if you ask me. Damp re-occuring in the same place due to poor ventillation in the house. A very large noticeboard was put up in the hallway about tenant care of the house, which we removed and are being charged for a contractor to put it back up on it's pegs. Over on our gas bills despite using very little heating (3 hours a week max on very low setting, with conservative hot water use) and using less gas than last years tenants, house is so cold that i spend as little time there as possible. Bills have only just been sent to us despite asking since christmas. Bathroom is old and there was a leak one into the kitchen one day caused by a 10 minute shower, issue re-occured when it wasn't properly fixed. Thumb tack to lock door from inside broke and was fixed but again the issue re-occured when the lock was not replaced and I was locked inside the house for over an hour.
