One gentleman who is a manager (i believe) came to my home and saw the luggage and gave a quotation which was attractive. In one my call, I have clearly told him that I need a bigger van as per my previous home moving experience.
When the day came to collect the luggage, they have sent a very small van which won’t fit my luggage and the two men came along with van does not understand English. When I told them that the van is not sufficient, they have not responded as they do not understand English and they have started loading. After 50 mins they have realized that it won’t fit into a van. The two men called and update to their manager. The manager took an advantage of the situation and demanded me to pay additional 3 digit amount for another small van. As I don’t have other option on that night where I have to vacate the house on the next day morning, I have accepted and paid the additional amount. I had really bad experience.
