I was initially given the wrong price for my lenses so when I came to pay it was a bit of a surprise when it was more than double quoted. Told I would wait two weeks for my glasses. At the end of the second week they sent them back to the lab because, I don't know why? The person on the phone said there was a problem with the lens but I don't think she knew why either. I asked as I've already waited two weeks will they be done as a priority? No was the reply. So if there's a problem with the lenses again, will I have to wait a further two weeks? This could go on indefinitely. Now I know why I gave them a wide berth to begin with.
