- Bhavik Patel Review added: 2018.08.23★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took the Plab 2 course as advised by Dr. Surya and his team, for preparation for my clinical assessment exam. My advice for those taking the course is simple...use any time available to practice scenarios with others taking the course with you. After the day's lectures, you'll get a few hours each day to do so...Having others in the same boat, along with 24 hour access to the manikin room was invaluable, so make small groups of 3, and just start taking histories, examinations, counselling, etc. right away!
I also have to add, the accommodation was quite good, but what made it special were the staff who would come in 4-5 days a week, doing the small things which made all the difference! Thanks Jan and Russ, you both made this place feel like home!
And finally, you'll meet someone in the front office at the center, who is there to provide career advice and to help with job placements. She was extremely helpful in answering questions, friendly, professional, and always went the extra mile!
Overall, if you're ready to practice enough, and use the time available to do so, then I highly recommend this course!
