- Mark H Review added: 2018.08.20★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Pros: Work carried out on my car was very good - it's like brand new so I'm pleased with that. I was kept up to date with texts and the reception staff were always really helpful.
Cons: Courtesy car was dirty (actual sticky marks on the interior and dirt on the carpet) ...I asked the guy if they had any clean cars and he didn't respond...the low fuel light came on during the drive home. It would be nice if the car was clean before they gave it to you. I had to hoover, wash and clean the inside once I got it home.
I was also told my car would be valeted before I got it back. I had expections of a professional valet but at most it was given a quick hoover and a wipe - visible dried wipe marks were on the surfaces and the pedals had muck ground into them. Not impressed by that.
Overall though I only cared about my car being fixed. It was and it looks great so if you just need your car fixed, this would be a good place to go! If you're getting a courtesy car, probably best to request on the phone that it be clean inside!
