The hypnotherapy sessions were extremely valuable to me as, not only did they help me to come to terms with my parents death, they also helped me to identify and deal with underlying issues that had been bothering me intermittently for some time.
The experience taught me techniques and a perspective which I now utilise in my everyday life. They help me to stay grounded and focussed, and have certainly allowed me to bypass the "antidepressant" stage of emotional recovery.
I am so thankful that I took the step and tried hypnotherapy- and grateful to Jeff Cassapi for his sterling, humanistic approach. Many thanks.
