- Diane Wilson Review added: 2018.06.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bitterly disappointed with the service. My 16 year old daughters prom was almost ruined. This salon accepted a booking for "hair up" and make up ready for prom night. On arrival, the girl in the salon announced she "didn't do hair up"! the eye lashes actually fell out in the car on the way home and overall the standard of the make up was very poor. my daughter had to ask for her make up to be touched up during her appointment and was forced to choose a hairstyle from instagram photographs. When I telephoned to complain the staff were not prepared to accept any criticism whatsoever and accused me of being "rude"and not to ring the salon again. Poor poor poor service and poor customer service..............Never again!! The only reason this review has 1 star is because it won't let me post with no stars.
