found it by accident whilst looking for a place for my 12 and 13 yo to run off some steam.
Well equipped gym but its teh ninja course that sets it apart, especially as owner Henry is a true Ninja warrior. Push him a little and the videos will come out! His enthusiasm comes out all the time and is very infectious and he certainly helped my two exceed their limits
Whether you are in serious training or just want to have a go, this is place for you. relaxed, fun and great value for money
There are courses for young and old, new or expert.
Go support Henry and wish him luck for next series of Ninja warrior - Beat that wall -- although Henry needs no help there~
