- Nilvana Ritta Romano Review added: 2018.09.03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Family room was not cleaned properly, no towels for everyone. We were next to a 2 big parties in the hotel and a coffee station was there near our room with cups,glasses and rubbish all time of our stay. We had breakfast and a drink free as a compensation for all the problems. Great customer services,but housekeeping failed a lot.
- Ewen Deas Review added: 2018.02.06★ ★ ★ ★ ★Bedrooms are really comfy so get a good nights sleep. However some rooms have awful view of air conditioning. Sir Thomas Street has the best view of old buildings.
The lifts are very slow. The staff at reception, bar and breakfast are friendly
The breakfast has improved by providing variations to the menu.
I stay there because it convenient and you do sleep well.
