- elizabeth corcoran Review added: 2018.04.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a suite delivered no problem with suite. However the drivers damaged the upvc threshold of our front door by standing on it. I watched it happen and the driver denied doing it then offered to repair it if I found him some glue.
(Why would he offer to repair damage he hadn’t caused???)
I declined as I intended to report it to the store. We have since had several emails with no resolution followed today by store manager Gemma ringing us to say the driver has denied it and she believes him and basically saying we are lying. They refused to do anything about it. Therefore we are seeking legal advice as we will not accept that they can damage our property and refuse to do anything about it.
Conversation concluded with Gemma basically telling us to get a quote but they are not agreeing to fund the repair.
What an absolutely disgraceful customer service. This particular driver is obviously an untrustworthy liar he knows he did the damage and should do the decent thing and admit it
