My partner just tried using botanic and after an hour of them saying "it's 10 minutes away" she gave up waiting. Not only is it annoying that the operator seemed trained to lie, it made her late for a dinner date with friends. If they said it was going to be over an hour then fine, just say! Instead they don't and continually lie on each phone call made. You'd be better using a more trusted name like alpha or delta
