I’ve ordered a bacon sandwich with ketchup for breakfast only to get to get to my desk at work to find no sauce twice.
Ordered another sausage sandwich for breakfast, stood waiting 5-10 minutes for it to find the order hadn’t been passed to the person a foot away to prepare it.
Ordered a tasty looking beef stew behind 2 others customers who ordered the same despite their portions being a lot more than what I was served!
A bit more consistency and care required as the food is decent, staff are friendly and location in great.
