My car's alternator blew and they initially charged me £280 to replace it. One month later and the alternator blew again. To cut a long story short they ended up putting in two faulty alternators, costing me a lot of time and money. The thing that really got me to write on here is that they didn't even apologise, and when I pointed this out they became even more defensive, refused to take responsibility and still didn't apologise.

Dropped my car off on the way to work, they called me at 2pm having completed the work at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank you enough for the respect you have shown me by not suggesting or undertaking any extra work and by dropping off the car key before I have paid you.
